Summary 0005962: Manage->Outgoing Batches, selecting channel, moving away from screen and coming back loses previous selection

Description When on the Manage->Nodes screen, and selecting a channel to view like "reload", then moving away from the screen and coming back, the channel selected is back to "Any" instead of "reload". The status selection does stick.

Steps To Reproduce 1. Go to Manage->Nodes
2. Select channel reload
3. Select status Not OK
4. Go to another screen (like Manage->Outgoing Loads)
5. Go back to Manage->Nodes
The channel selection will be Any, and the status selection will be Not OK.

Additional Information Functionality will look this:
When turning on Show System Channels, set the channel selected to Any before refreshing the list of channels.
When refreshing the channel list, leave the selected value selected if it is in the refreshed list of channels.
