Adding in a "Wizards" Tab in the Console Role Edit Panel, that way any Wizard privileges can be set from the opening screen of the panel. Any additional Wizards related privileges should be added in here. |

When you go to edit privileges for a specific role, if you set all tabs to read/write privileges, the Load Data Wizard privileges still are set to "Hidden." The Load Data Wizard privileges should be on the opening screen for "Edit Privileges" and should not be in the "Explore" tab. |
