Description	This button should only be enabled in certain situations, depending on how group links are configured. The button is designed to test the connection from the node that initiates communication to another node. It does not work in the opposite direction and it causes the UI to become unresponsive. When nodes are selected in a way that would cause the button to break the UI, it should be disabled. Edit: Instead of disabling the Test Connection button on the Manage Nodes screen, disable the Run Diagnostic button in the dialog and include a red label explaining why it's disabled.
