If we provide an extension point, then a graphical application, notification area, or system tray icon could give feedback to the user. Some ideas about events and statistics: * The number of un-synced rows * The last successful sync time * The status of whether the network is available or not * The status of whether all rows are synced or not * Indication when sync is in progress Add an extension point that can be dropped into the lib directory of SymmetricDS to provide user notifications in the SystemTray as to the status of a SymmetricDS node. |
