DescriptionAfter running ../bin/sym -p client.properties --port 9090 --server -v following error appears: [ERROR] DbDialectFactory - Could not get a connection to the database: Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified ). Waiting for 10 seconds before trying to connect to the database again.
