| Description | The installer is supposed to avoid overwriting files that contains settings, but it overwrites the setenv.bat that contains a keystore password unique to each installation. The file name matching pattern fails to match the backslashes used on Windows, but it works correctly on Unix. The user will see problems with command line utilities that need to access to the keystore. For example, if encrypted passwords are being used in the engine file, any operations that need the engine to perform will fail. The workaround is to copy the keystore password from the conf\sym_service.conf file. | ||||
