Summary | 0005552: Prevent adding same node multiple times locally hosted
Description | It's currently possible to add a node multiple times with the same database to the same multi-homed instance. It currently checks the database to see if a registered node exists. It should also check if an engine file for the same database and user is present, which is how the SymmetricEngineHolder stops starting up with two nodes against the same database.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Go to Manage -> Nodes and add the same node again -OR- 1. Go to Manage -> Nodes and un-register a node 2. Add the same node again
