Summary | 0005735: Some Downloads Not Working on Firefox Browser
Description | There are some places in the SymmetricDS UI where when you try to download something while using Firefox it will fail to download, and will instead just open an empty tab. It does not seem to happen every time, seems like about 50/50 on whether or not it will do it. Known issues: 1. Help-> Support, Download 2. Manage-> Security, Backup certificate and key to file 3. Manage-> Security, Export certificate to file 4. Manage->Security, Authorities, Export
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Go to Help->Support->Download while using SymmetricDS in the Firefox browser 2. Click Download and attempt to download a Support Snapshot 3. Nothing will download, and an empty tab will open on the browser Something that seems to make it easily replicable is if you rapidly click on the download button. Some of them will download, but most of the time, this will cause the error to occur and empty tabs will open.
