Summary0006233: SAML authentication does not work with a load balancer
DescriptionCurrently, SAML authentication is not possible when using a load balancer. For example, Azure displays the following error message when acting as an identity provider:

AADSTS700016: Application with identifier '[base URL]/saml/[engine name]/metadata' was not found in the directory '[directory name]'. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.
