| Description | During login or when accessing important screens, reduce the number of queries run against the database. Some slow databases have slow round trip times. Several screens are initialized and run queries during login, but they should defer queries until entering the screen. Important screens are the dashboard, nodes panel, and batch screens. Theses should be small changes to reduce the number of queries. Larger changes to fix service implementations, consolidate dashboard background queries, and adding caching to domain objects should wait for next 3.16 release. | ||||
