| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Go to Help->Support->Download while using SymmetricDS in the Firefox browser 2. Click Download and attempt to download a Support Snapshot 3. Nothing will download, and an empty tab will open on the browser |

| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Go to Help->Support->Download while using SymmetricDS in the Firefox browser 2. Click Download and attempt to download a Support Snapshot 3. Nothing will download, and an empty tab will open on the browser Something that seems to make it easily replicable is if you rapidly click on the download button. Some of them will download, but most of the time, this will cause the error to occur and empty tabs will open. |
