Summary0002782: Duplicate data gap immediately after upgrade
DescriptionVersion 3.7 has protection from inserting duplicate gaps because it is possible to get overlapping gaps in that version. In 3.8, the protection from duplicate gaps was removed because bugs around overlapping gaps were fixed. But when upgrading from 3.7 to 3.8, the data gap table could have overlapping gaps, which still causes duplicate gaps. Remove the data gaps when upgrading to 3.8 to force it to reset.
