Summary0002864: Raise an error if an MSSQL Update fails to get captured
DescriptionSuggest enabled the use_handle_key_updates sym_trigger flag in the error text. Right now the update silently fails and it's not clear why the update didn't sync.

The use_handle_key_updates will be deprecated and unused in 3.11.0 by issue 0003901 which makes sure we always capture an update.
