| Description | We attempt to read a global variable, and if there's an error then try to create it. But there could be cases (such as network interruption, database state, permissions, etc.) where the error means something other than the variable not existing. Provide debug logging statements that could be activated in cases where more troubleshooting is needed. | ||||
