Summary0004253: DbCompare: continue on processing rows when parse of value causes exception
DescriptionWhen a value fails to be parsed, an exception is thrown and the DbCompare run fails and quits.

Should be able to specify an option on the command line to tell the processing of the DbCompare to log error and continue on with the processing.
