Summary0004603: Indicate when nodes or users are locked out and add buttons to unlock them
DescriptionOn the Manage Nodes screen, the Status column should indicate whether a node is locked out due to too many failed login attempts. Under the Control menu bar, an Unlock button should be added to unlock a locked node.

On the Configure Users screen, a Status column should be added to indicate whether a user is locked out due to too many failed login attempts. An Unlock button should be added to unlock a locked user.
