Summary0004742: Postgres conflict but can't ignore row
DescriptionOn Postgres, the "ignore row" feature of Manage -> Incoming Batches (sym_incoming_error) doesn't work because the conflict causes the transaction to abort, so the batch can't continue. In the rare case when the row to ignore is the last one in the batch, then it does work since the transaction is no longer needed.
