| Description | It isn't possible to set up SQL Server log-based replication without the user having the "ALTER ANY DATABASE" permission. This becomes a problem when using Cloud SQL because it does not allow access to a user with the necessary permissions to grant this permission. It should be possible to pass this permission check if the user has enabled change tracking and snapshot isolation. | ||||
