Summary0005646: DBExport incorrectly formats time data
DescriptionWhen exporting data from a time column using DBExport, it formats it like "{ts 12:00:00}". This works for timestamp/datetime columns, but not time columns. Instead, it should look like "{t 12:00:00}".
