Summary0005798: Order the batches on the Manage Outgoing Batches screen by both batch ID and node ID
DescriptionCurrently, the batches in the grid on the Manage Outgoing Batches screen are ordered by batch ID by default, but not node ID. As a result, when there are multiple outgoing batches with the same batch ID, refreshing the grid can change their order. When querying for these batches, order them by both their batch ID and their node ID to prevent this behavior.
