Summary0006049: Add connection pool insight
DescriptionAdd an insight that checks whether all of the connections in the database connection pool are in use. If so, it should recommend increasing the size of the database connection pool. Approving the insight should increase the db.pool.max.active or target.db.pool.max.active parameter by 10 and restart SymmetricDS.
