Summary0006364: Add logging when instance ID changes
DescriptionCurrently, SymmetricDS doesn't log anything when it generates a new instance ID or when it deletes the rows with the old instance ID from sym_node_host. Add logging for this and make sure it includes both the old instance ID and the new instance ID.
