Summary0006369: REV_INITIAL_LOAD_TIME should be set in the NODE_SECURITY table if a reverse initial load is made
DescriptionCurrently REV_INITIAL_LOAD_TIME is only set in NODE_SECURITY if REV_INITIAL_LOAD_ENABLED is set to true. However, this time should still be set if a reverse initial load is made and the enabled flag is not true, such as the case when a user is handling their own initial loads via table reload requests.
