Summary0006457: Configure -> Table Triggers screen stuck in bulk edit mode
DescriptionOn Configure -> Table Triggers screen, it can get stuck in bulk edit mode when updating the "Trigger ID" field, which is part of the primary key for the entry.

Workaround is to logout or restart.
Steps To Reproduce 1. Go to Configure -> Table Triggers screen
2. Edit existing entry and change the "Trigger ID" field to a different value, then save
3. Attempt to edit a different existing entry
4. The screen will show bulk edit mode, but it should be single entry edit mode

This issue was not exclusive to Table Trigger screen. Rather it was a symptom of an issue with the AbstractEditPanel, and vaadin grid loading.
