Summary | 0006475: New "Initial Load" not cancelling previous initial loads
Description | If you create several initial loads, the newest initial load should cancel the previous initial loads so that the newest can run. This does not appear to be working this way currently.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Create several initial loads 2. If one of the earlier ones has an issue and never completes, the latest one never runs. 3. Cancel previous initial load attempts, and THEN latest initial load runs.
