Description | Right now when an exception occurs when saving the console user form in the UI, it is silently ignored. This can be confusing when it's unclear why a user is not able to be saved correctly. We should have a notification on screen for exceptions and logging for specific exceptions as well. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Go to Configure -> Users 2. Try to create an INTERNAL user where the password contains the user's first or last name 3. Try to save the user. It will silently fail with no explanation. | ||||
