| Description | During an upgrade, the new monitors and insights added since version 3.15 do not get inserted if the sym_monitor table already existed before the upgrade. Instead, during an upgrade, the new monitors and insights should get inserted if they do not exist, regardless of the status of sym_monitor. If they already exist, then they should not get updated because this would overwrite any changes that have been made to their configuration. | ||||
